This is not an assessment and as such I cannot provide advice. You may have questions that are not answered on the website. It is also a chance for us to see if we are a good fit before you commit to Nutrition Counselling sessions.

Online or in-person, this is an 8 week group programme (2.5 hours per week) plus an orientation session (1 hour) and a day retreat (7 hours). The group is limited to 12 people per course.
