If you are enquiring about booking a consultation through the website, we will contact you with information and details.   Should you wish to book an appointment or course, we will use the personal data you entered (name, email, telephone number) to set up your initial file (prior to your first session).   This file is stored electronically through EasyPractice, a GDPR compliant client management system (https://easypractice.net/).   We may also get in touch to send you updates regarding your appointments, and to notify you of any changes in service.

We may also contact you from time to time to provide you with:

  • News and updates relevant to Wellbe services  (nutrition, intuitive eating, mindfulness, mindful movement/yoga) including but not limited to blog articles, newsletters, e-books, recipes, courses (if you have indicated you wish to receive news and updates).

  • Invitation to surveys helping to improve our understanding of services offered by Wellbe.

  • Invitation to participate in research.

  • Communicate any changes in these Privacy Notice.

  • Contact you in the case of a data breach

  • Seek feedback for ongoing service improvements

  • Communicate updates regarding other Wellbe programmes and services
